SCO in South Sudan (photo DF)Charter a plane

Our aircraft are available to charter. Chartering an aircraft allows you to choose your destination and the time you would prefer to fly.

If you would like to charter an aircraft but don’t have enough passengers to fill it, we can offer the empty seats to other partners who may be interested in joining your flight. Any passengers who join a flight will pay a fee for their seat, which will assist to reduce your flight costs.

When necessary, and the schedule permits, the pilot and aircraft may be able to stay overnight with you at your destination for short periods. For security or fuel reasons, at some locations we will fly to another airfield close by if we need to stay overnight.

Book a seat

Would you like to fly with us but you only need one or two seats and don’t want to charter the whole aircraft? You may be able to join one of our existing charter flights or book seats on one of our regular shuttle flights.

Joining an existing charter flight offers seats at a reduced fare, however the flight is not guaranteed as the charterer may cancel or postpone the flight.

Our regular shuttle flights currently include destinations to the north west and north east of Uganda, to Bunia in the Democratic Republic of Congo and to Western Equatoria in South Sudan. Please visit the Shuttles page for more information about these regular routes.

In Uganda we are able to offer flights to church workers, missionaries and development agencies (NGOs). A Partnership Agreement is required in order to access flight services. Please download the form here, complete it, and return to [email protected].
